This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning Mentor, Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant or similar professional who is confident supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs and barriers to learning. The Role As a Behaviour Support Learning Mentor, you will play a key role in helping pupils to manage their behaviour, develop positive relationships and re-engage with education. You will provide consistent support to pupils who may experience difficulties with emotional regulation, behaviour, social interaction or engagement with learning.
