Hours: 7:45am - 4:30 / 4:45pm, Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join a vibrant and forward-thinking secondary school in Wembley, Brent, as a Student Liaison Officer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people, thrives in a busy environment, and is eager to play a pivotal part in shaping students' futures.

The Role:

As the Student Liaison Officer, you will be the face of the school to KS2 students, local primary schools, and the wider community. You'll work closely with the Admissions Team to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new students, and lead on impactful outreach activities to promote the school and its values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the school at open evenings, school events, and community engagements.
  • Support the planning and delivery of student induction programmes.
  • Build strong links with local primary schools to organise collaborative events and workshops (e.g., STEM clubs, Mastery Maths).
  • Deliver engaging talks, presentations, and in-school activities to prospective students and parents.
  • Support the Year 6 to Year 7 transition process, including meetings and school visits.
  • Assist with admin tasks, including data entry, prospectus design, and resource creation.
