Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for a welcoming Newham secondary school, starting in September. You will support students needing behavioural and emotional support, delivering 1:1 and small-group sessions to help develop emotional regulation and positive behaviours.

You will work with teachers, pastoral leaders, SEN staff and families to ensure students receive consistent support, aiming for academic and personal success in a nurturing environment.
