Tradewind Recruitment are looking for special needs teachers for SEND schools based in and around the Stoke-on-Trent area, covering a variety of subjects and year groups. There are full-time vacancies at SEND schools in the Stoke-on-Trent area, starting as soon as possible. Whether you're earlier in your teaching career or bring years of experience, we'd be interested in hearing from you.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidates will teach Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
- You will be working with schools that value good teaching, strong relationships with students, and a practical or therapeutic approach to raising achievement.
- We are looking for a teacher who knows their subject, sets high expectations, and can help students build motivation alongside understanding and confidence.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with a variety of special needs
- 1 year or more experience teaching in the UK
- Strong classroom management skills
- A commitment to helping all students achieve their potential
