Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a caring and dedicated EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis in a primary school in Stockport. This mornings-only role is ideal for someone with experience supporting children with additional needs within an Early Years setting.

The role will involve:

  • Providing 1:1 support for a child with SEND
  • Supporting learning and development within EYFS
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo

Requirements:

  • Previous EYFS experience
  • Experience supporting children with SEND
  • Patient, nurturing and enthusiastic attitude
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
