Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent, who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team as soon as possible.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis. Your role will involve helping pupils to stay engaged in their learning, assisting with lesson delivery, and encouraging positive behaviour and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
