Tradewind Recruitment are looking for special needs teachers for SEND schools based in and around the Staffordshire area (Lichfield, Cannock, Stafford). We have full-time vacancies at SEND schools in Staffordshire, starting as soon as possible. Whether you're earlier in your teaching career or bring years of experience, we'd be interested in hearing from you.
Role details
The successful candidates will teach Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. You'll be working with schools that value good teaching, strong relationships with students, and a practical or therapeutic approach to raising achievement. We're looking for a teacher who knows their subject, sets high expectations, and can help students build motivation alongside understanding and confidence.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with a variety of special needs (1 year or more)
- Experience teaching in a UK school
- Strong classroom management skills
- A commitment to helping all students achieve their potential
