Tradewind Recruitment are working with a newly opened all through SEND School in Wombourne who are looking to recruit a Level 3 or 2 Teaching Assistant. The school provides personalised and inclusive education for children and young people aged 5 - 16 who experience a range of learning difficulties. The school caters for students with ASD, Global Development Delay, Neurodiversity, moderate learning difficulties, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Processing difficulties, and Speech, language and communication needs.
The school is run by Resicare Alliance Ltd and is based on a bespoke model designed to engage all learners. The overarching vision is to provide individualised support for all students and prepare them to become successful independent adults who can make a positive contribution to their community. The school believes that an ambitious, well‑planned curriculum is essential for achieving successful academic outcomes while effectively addressing social, emotional, and mental health needs.
A broad range of the National Curriculum will be followed to aspire for high educational standards.
