Are you a qualified Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a real impact in education? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a range of supportive and well-resourced schools to recruit skilled Speech and Language Therapists to support pupils with a variety of communication needs, including speech delays, language disorders, and social communication difficulties. This is an excellent opportunity to work within school settings where your expertise will directly support students' ability to access learning, build relationships, and develop confidence.

The Role

  • Assess, plan, and deliver targeted speech and language interventions
  • Support students with communication needs, including those with ASD and complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and support staff
  • Contribute to and implement EHCP targets and therapy plans
  • Provide guidance and strategies to school staff and families

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered or working towards)
  • Experience working with children or young people with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Strong understanding of communication strategies and interventions
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • School-based experience is desirable but not essential
