What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 tuition tailored to each learner's needs
- Create engaging, supportive lessons that help students overcome barriers
- Work with young people who may have gaps in learning or disrupted education
- Encourage confidence, independence and academic progress
- Based in schools, community centres and libraries in Rochdale (no home tuition - safe working environment)
We’re Looking For People With:
- Experience in education or supporting young people (any setting welcomed)
- A strong understanding of how to adapt learning to different abilities
- Patience, empathy and a nurturing approach
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A genuine desire to help learners thrive through personalised support
