This provision supports pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). The learning environment is nurturing, highly structured, and personalised, with a strong focus on communication, independence, emotional regulation, and preparation for adulthood. Many of our pupils access learning through developmentally appropriate, play-based, and experiential approaches, making an Early Years or Primary education background ideal. Key Responsibilities Deliver a highly differentiated curriculum tailored to the complex needs of individual students. Implement autism-friendly practices, communication strategies, and sensory regulation support. Foster student independence and life skills aligned with preparation for adulthood.
