Are you a passionate and dedicated Special Needs (SEND) Teacher looking for flexible working opportunities or a rewarding long-term position?
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced SEND teachers to join our supportive and dynamic team for daily supply cover and long-term placements across a range of schools and specialist provisions.
The Role:
Deliver tailored lessons to meet a range of special educational needs (including ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and more)
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
Provide both academic and emotional support to help pupils thrive
You Will Need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
Experience working with children with special educational needs (essential)
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A flexible, positive, and resilient approach
