The Role:

  • Planning and delivering creative, adapted lessons for students with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
  • Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Leading a team of Teaching Assistants to provide a nurturing classroom environment.
  • Collaborating with parents and external specialists to track and support student progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Significant experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
  • A patient, resilient, and flexible teaching style.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
