You will act as a central point of contact for students, parents/carers, and external agencies, helping to create a culture of high expectations, strong communication, and student success.
The Role
- Support the Head of Sixth Form and Senior Leadership Team in managing the Sixth Form cohort.
- Act as the first point of contact for students, parents/carers, and external agencies.
- Monitor and update student data relating to behaviour, attendance, punctuality, and safeguarding.
- Analyse attendance and behaviour data to identify trends and implement targeted interventions.
- Support re‑engagement sessions and attendance follow‑up where required.
- Liaise with tutors, staff, parents, and external agencies to support student wellbeing and progress.
- Organise meetings, reports, references, and communication with families.
- Support Sixth Form events, assemblies, enrichment activities, and study programmes.
- Supervise students during independent study and at key points throughout the school day.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, engagement, and presentation across the Sixth Form.
