We are seeking an experienced and highly capable SIMS / Bromcom Administrator to join a thriving secondary school setting in Lambeth. This is a full-time, five-days-per-week position, ideal for a professional with a strong background in school data management systems and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
About the Role
You will play a key role in the smooth running of the school's data and information systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all administrative processes. Working closely with senior leadership and administrative teams, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the school's MIS (Management Information System), supporting data-driven decision-making across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SIMS and/or Bromcom systems to a high standard
- Oversee student data, including admissions, attendance, assessment, and reporting
- Produce and analyse data reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and school policies
- Support staff with system use and provide training where necessary
- Assist with census returns and statutory reporting requirements
