Tradewind Recruitment is actively recruiting for creative Music Teachers to work within secondary schools in the Dover area. These full‑time long‑term opportunities start in September 2026 with a salary of between 32,916 and 51,047 depending on experience – PAYE.
The role includes:
- Plan and deliver both theory and practical Music lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
- Attend departmental meetings and parent evenings when required
- Assist in organising and overseeing school concerts, recitals and music events within the school
- Lead engaging and innovative music lessons tailored to students of all abilities and ages across KS3 and KS4
Requirements:
- Hold QTS or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience of teaching music within an educational setting
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
