Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a full-time Nursery Manager to join a welcoming and established nursery setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare professional looking for a long-term position with the potential to move onto a permanent contract. The Role As Nursery Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and smooth running of the nursery, ensuring a high standard of care, learning and development for all children. You will work closely with the nursery team, children and families, providing strong leadership and ensuring the setting continues to deliver an outstanding level of provision. The successful candidate must: Have previous experience working as a Nursery Manager Hold a Level 5 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent Be available to work full-time Have strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding Have excellent leadership and communication skills Be confident managing and supporting a nursery team Be passionate about providing high-quality care and education Have a proactive and professional approachMontessori training or experience would be highly desirable, although this is not essential.
