The Role Work across a network of friendly and inclusive primary schools within the Trust. Deliver engaging lessons when covering teaching responsibilities. Support pupils as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA where required. Adapt to different classroom environments and year groups. Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders. Enjoy the flexibility of supply while gaining invaluable experience. We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an ECT due to complete training. A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to working in schools. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
