The Role
You will be supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, helping them access education in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. This includes both classroom-based support and assisting with daily care routines.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing tailored support to children with complex learning needs
- Assisting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner
- Supporting sensory activities and interventions
- Safely carrying out moving and handling procedures
- Administering medication where required (following training and guidelines)
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
Essential Requirements
- Hoist training (or willingness to obtain)
