Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of needs in Wisbech from September 2026. You will work 1:1 or in small groups alongside teachers, SENCOs and support staff to help learners access the curriculum and develop confidence.
Ideal candidates will have experience with SEND, a patient and proactive approach, and strong communication skills. A TA qualification is desirable but not essential, with opportunities across mainstream and specialist.
