About the Role:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping children with additional needs access learning and thrive in a supportive environment. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Working alongside class teachers to deliver tailored learning support
  • Assisting with the implementation of EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to develop academic and life skills
  • Encouraging emotional well-being, independence, and positive behaviour
  • Helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and nurturing classroom atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in any subject (essential) - psychology, education, or similar fields are a strong advantage

  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Two recent references and the legal right to work in the UK
