We are recruiting dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to join welcoming schools from August 2026.
The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. Every day brings the opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH).
- Working one-to-one or with small groups.
- Assisting the class teacher to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
- Celebrating every achievement - big or small.
We're Looking For
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with children or vulnerable adults is desirable.
