You will lead a small class of pupils with complex SEND, delivering highly personalised learning that celebrates every achievement, however big or small. Working alongside an experienced team, you will:

- Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons.
- Create a nurturing classroom where pupils feel safe, confident and successful.
- Work collaboratively with four dedicated Teaching Assistants.
- Partner with the parallel SEND Teacher to develop curriculum and share best practice.
- Support pupils' communication, social, emotional and academic development.
- Play a key role in the continued growth of this outstanding provision.
