We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work at supportive primary schools in Southwark, starting ASAP. This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:
- Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning activities and interventions.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping children to access the curriculum and develop confidence.
- Monitor student progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and target setting.

The Essentials:
- Have experience working with children with additional needs in a school or care setting.
