Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and additional learning or behavioural needs.
  • Help pupils to overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential in a supportive and structured environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach to each child's learning journey.
  • Promote inclusion and encourage confidence, resilience, and independence among all pupils.
