About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your role will involve supporting teachers and pupils with a range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities may include: * Providing one-on-one or small group support to pupils with additional learning needs such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or MLD * Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson delivery and differentiation * Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional regulation * Helping pupils access learning through tailored support and communication strategies * Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that promotes independence and confidence We work with a wide variety of mainstream and specialist SEN schools, allowing you to experience different settings and age groups - helping you find the right fit.
