About you

  • Previous TA experience in UK primary/secondary/sen schools
  • SEN experience is essential
  • Ability to provide consistent, tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of individual education plans (IEPs), EHCPs and targeted interventions
  • Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils to promote confidence and independence
  • Adapts learning activities to meet individual needs and learning styles
