About you
- Previous TA experience in UK primary/secondary/sen schools
- SEN experience is essential
- Ability to provide consistent, tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs
- Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of individual education plans (IEPs), EHCPs and targeted interventions
- Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils to promote confidence and independence
- Adapts learning activities to meet individual needs and learning styles
