Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a committed and experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis across a friendly and supportive trust of schools in the Chesterfield area. This role is ideal for a passionate SEN professional seeking flexible work while gaining experience across a variety of school settings.
About the Role
- Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Work across multiple schools within the trust, adapting to different classroom environments
- Provide 1:1 support and deliver targeted small group interventions
- Assist with the implementation of EHCPs and personalised learning strategies
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
What We're Looking For
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting children with SEN in an educational setting
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools
