We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at Insert School Name, a thriving and inclusive secondary school. This is a full-time role, running across the full academic year, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with students and help them thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO, and external professionals to implement individual learning plans
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages student progress and well-being
- Assist with classroom activities and contribute to the planning and delivery of targeted interventions
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A degree (essential)
