The Role

  • Experienced in supporting children with SEND
  • Confident in adapting to different needs and routines
  • Proactive and able to use their initiative in the classroom
  • Local to the Hodge Hill area or able to commute easily

Your day-to-day work will involve:

  • Supporting pupils with severe and complex needs in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
  • Assisting the class teacher with tailored activities and learning tasks
  • Helping pupils with communication, engagement, and personal development
  • Contributing to a positive, safe, and structured learning environment

Working Pattern

This role is offered as daily supply, giving you flexibility. There are also opportunities for longer‑term placements, allowing you to build strong relationships with the pupils and staff.
