This supportive and nurturing school provides personalised learning, therapeutic support and consistent routines. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to help pupils access education, develop independence and feel valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with complex needs across EYFS-KS4
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding and hygiene routines
  • Assist with mobility and physical support (training provided)
  • Deliver sensory-based learning activities
  • Promote communication, wellbeing and positive behaviour

Requirements

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND or complex needs
  • Comfortable providing personal care
  • Patient, nurturing and resilient
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
