SEN Teaching Assistant - Complex 95- 120 per day, depending on experience

Contract: Full-time | Term Time Only Tradewind Recruitment are working with a specialist SEN school in Chesterfield who are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The school supports pupils with a wide range of complex needs, and the successful candidate will play an important role in providing consistent, individualised support throughout the school day.

This is a role for someone who understands that working within a specialist SEN environment can be challenging.

Pupils may display behaviours of concern, including aggression, alongside communication difficulties, emotional regulation needs and complex physical or learning needs.

You will need to be confident managing challenging situations while remaining calm, patient and supportive.
