The Role

The school are looking for a proactive and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting pupils with SEN in and out of the classroom
  • Delivering targeted interventions and tailored learning support
  • Helping pupils build confidence, independence and social skills
  • Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
