Overview
The successful candidates will provide consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day, helping the children access learning, develop communication skills, and settle into school routines.
Role
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Support pupils in Reception
- Work closely with the Class Teacher and SENCO
- Encourage independence, social interaction and engagement in learning
Ideal Candidate
- Experience supporting children with Autism
- Patient, nurturing and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Previous school-based experience desirable
