Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join an Alternative Provision in Barnet from September. You will support children with autism, ADHD and other learning difficulties, helping them build confidence, independence and engagement in learning in a nurturing, structured environment.
The role is full-time and long-term, with a dedicated SEN Teacher and a team of TAs. You will work with approximately 12 pupils in a supportive mainstream primary setting.
