About You
To be considered for this position, you must:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH challenges.
- Possess excellent communication, patience, and organisational skills.
- Be adaptable and proactive in responding to the unique needs of each student.
- Hold a valid DBS check on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
