SEN Teaching Assistant – Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
Tradewind Education are partnered with a Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire secondary school seeking a supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from either Autumn 2 (November 2025) or Spring Term (January 2026).
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support for SEN pupils
- Assist in adaptive teaching methods to maximise engagement
- Encourage personal development and growth in students
- Support classroom management and promotion of positive behaviours
- Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO to support learning, IEPs and EHCPs
