A vibrant and nurturing special school in Hodge Hill is looking for a committed and energetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. The Role
We are seeking TAs who are:
- Experienced in supporting children with SEND
- Confident in adapting to different needs and routines
- Proactive and able to use their initiative in the classroom
- Local to the Hodge Hill area or able to commute easily
Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Supporting pupils with severe and complex needs in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Assisting the class teacher with tailored activities and learning tasks
- Helping pupils with communication, engagement, and personal development
- Contributing to a positive, safe, and structured learning environment
Working Pattern
This role is offered as daily supply, giving you flexibility. There are also opportunities for longer-term placements, allowing you to build strong relationships with the pupils and staff.
