Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a supportive and forward-thinking Trust of schools in Doncaster, who are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team ona supply basis with an immediate start.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and making a real difference within an inclusive school environment.
The Role:
Supporting pupils with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils engage with learning
Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement tailored support strategies
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience preferred but not essential)
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
A genuine commitment to supporting pupils\β development
