What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working closely with students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and social-emotional challenges.
- Supporting both in-class learning and one-to-one interventions.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to deliver personalised support plans.
- Helping students build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school-based or otherwise).
- A calm, compassionate, and patient approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for education.
