Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Mentor for a two-form entry primary school in Hanwell, Ealing, to start September 2026 for the full academic year.

The role is full-time, from September 2026 to July 2027, with pay £95-£110 per day PAYE depending on experience.

You will support two Year 5 pupils, implement behaviour strategies, and work with the SENCO and teaching staff.
