An established specialist setting is recruiting an SEN Support Worker to work with pupils aged 5-17, presenting with a range of learning, communication and behavioural needs.
Key responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one and small group support.
- Assist with implementing personalised learning and behaviour strategies.
- Promote emotional regulation and social development.
- Support students in accessing both academic and life skills activities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and families.
