Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a specialist secondary school in Milton Keynes from September 2026.

You will supervise classes across a range of subjects, following prepared lesson plans while supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs.

The role focuses on maintaining a positive learning environment, building relationships with students, and working closely with teachers and support staff to ensure routines and policies are followed.
