I'm currently working with a really supportive SEN school in Hounslow who are looking for a committed SEN Teacher to join their team. The school supports students with a range of needs including SEMH, ASD and ADHD, so they're looking for someone who is confident managing behaviour, building relationships and creating a positive learning environment.

The role will involve:

  • Teaching small classes with additional needs
  • Planning and adapting lessons to suit different learning styles
  • Supporting students with EHCPs
  • Managing behaviour in a calm and consistent way
  • Working closely with TAs and the wider school team

They're looking for someone who:

  • Has QTS (or equivalent)
  • Has experience working within SEN settings
  • Is confident with behaviour management
  • Is patient, resilient and genuinely passionate about supporting students
  • Can build strong relationships with both students and staff
