What We\βre Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) β essential
Previous experience teaching children with moderate learning needs (dyslexia, dyscalculia, and similar learning differences)
Natural ability to connect with children with SEN and adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs
Strong behaviour management skills and excellent communication with pupils, staff, and families
Genuine passion for making a positive impact on children\βs education and wellbeing
Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
Full commitment to safeguarding and championing every child\βs welfare
