Are you resilient, thick skinned and an optimistic individual wanting to work as a Behaviour LSA in a PRU in Barnet North London? Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a resilient Behaviour LSA to join a superb Primary and Secondary PRU, for a long-term position starting as soon as possible. This is a full time, long-term role for the rest of the academic year and possibly beyond, paying between £80.00 and £100.00 per day on PAYE. The successful Behaviour LSA will be moving from class to class to provide support to a variety of ages and abilities. The main responsibility of this highly rewarding role is to support the class teacher in all lessons with the educational and social needs of pupils, assisting in the organisation of class activities, helping to manage class or individuals challenging behaviour, and performing 1:1 and group work with students to keep them engaged and making progress. The PRU is located less than a 5 minute walk from St John’s Wood Station Essential requirements: Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour and or SEMH, social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
