Tradewind Recruitment is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECT) to join SEN specialist provisions in Preston and across Lancashire.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with EHCPs, working with SALT, OT and SEN Support staff.

Ideal candidates hold UK QTS (or be on track to graduate as an ECT) and demonstrate resilience, inclusion, and a commitment to SEND.
