You will provide one-to-one and small-group mentoring to pupils facing anxiety, ADHD, trauma and behavioural challenges, helping them build resilience, confidence and positive behaviours.
You will work alongside teachers and pastoral staff in a safe, structured environment, delivering individual support plans and recording progress.
