Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students in a specialist setting in Ellesmere Port.

The role is full-time and long-term, with daily rates of Β£95-Β£105.

You will assist students with SEMH and behaviour needs, working 1:1 and in small groups, and collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams to promote engagement in learning.

Ideal candidates will have experience with SEMH, strong behaviour management, and a calm, patient approach.
