Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting SEMH Teaching Assistants to work across Kingston and Surrey in specialist schools, alternative provisions and mainstream settings.

You will support pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs and help them engage with learning.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, building trusting relationships, assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour, and collaborating with teachers and pastoral teams to promote progress.
